Rock Solid Teen Program

Sundays 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.

Ages 13-16

This program is for youth ages 13-16 who have been through our Kid's Climbing Program or have some climbing experience. It's a more serious training program for people who want to work on technique and to train to be better climbers. 1 instructor for every 6 climbers.
General topics include: Balance and Weight Shifting, Hold Styles, Footwork, Bouldering, Climbing Techniques & Moves, Strength & Flexibility Training, Progress Reports, coaching, coaching & more coaching!

8 week session $275 including equipment (climbing shoes and harness are required), $225 without (if climber has their own climbing shoes and harness)

7 week session $240 including equipment (climbing shoes and harness are required), $200 without (if climber has their own climbing shoes and harness)

6 week session $210 including equipment (climbing shoes and harness are required), $170 without (if climber has their own climbing shoes and harness)

*Payment must be received in advance to guarantee spot. Cancellations are subject to a $50 non-refundable fee, and must be requested at least 7 days prior to the session start to receive refund of balance. There are no refunds or prorated fees for missed classes. Registration can be done in person at the gym, or online following the links below (please make sure to click on the specific session)

2019 Dates

Session 3: January 13 - March 3  7 weeks (No class on Feb.3 due to our competition)

Session 4: March 24 - May 12   8 weeks

Session 5: May 19 - June 23   6 weeks
