- Prices include admission, harness rental, shoe rental and applicable taxes.
- To receive the low rate, the full invoice must be charged to the school on or before the first visit. (As an example: if a school is planning 4 trips to the gym over the whole year, and each trip to include 20 students, the school will have to pay for 80 students by the first visit to receive the lower rate.)
- If a school exceeds the number of students paid for, any additional bookings will be calculated using the same rate or lower. (As an example: if a school originally books for 76 student, and decides to book another group of 18 student, the school will still receive the lower of the two rates for the next booking during the same school year.)
- If a school does not use all the passes paid for by the end of the school year, the remaining passes can be used the following year.
